I bought it and regretted it! The app does not work!
When I try to open the Calendar , this app shutdown.
Why it is downloading only part of the data to the iphone? In Contacts you can find people only according name, not according company From Organisation i would like to see which Contacts belong to the company, which Potentials exist, which Dokuments are attached. The Card Scanner i did not tested yet, but if it works it will be a very usefull tool. If the tool will be further improved I would by for all employees of my company. At the current stage it is not adding much value and the access via webbrowser to vtiger mobile is better Please go ahead and improve further!
No possibility to display already created lists. Only bulk display of e.g. all quotes, sales orders,invoices, etc. In quotes,invoices and sales orders only the total amount is displayed, not the single items. This app should be free and declared as developmental or demo.
This app is a waste of money Connecting to my vtiger server 6.0.1 is impossible. A failure message occurs and there`s no manual to check. I have sent all releven data like version, system and php version to vtiger support in india. Since they have asked for these information I haven`t heard anything from the support team. That`s very disappointing, especially regarding the price of this app.
Please add basic auth to be able to use the app.
There is no discussion about vtiger CRM, a great CRM and most of the supporters are doing a great job… this feedback is all about the iPhone app that does not allow to log-in at all :( The iPad App just works :) @Sandeep: Fix it & Update asap please !
This is a great app. It is great for a roadie such as myself, the off line mode is wonderful. I would like to have the ability assign an account or trouble ticket to someone else other than the one who created it. This would-be a great addition to the app
The app does not seem complete and many features are incomplete or not very functional. ie: listings are not ordered, cant select last item from related lists, etc. Has potential but not worth the $20 yet.
Without a doubt, the worst app Ive spent money for. I am, for better or worse, a CRM/ERP professional and use vTiger in our current small business - love it. Prior, Clarify/Seibel/SAP - in NOT an smb. Point is, I do not speak lightly when I say that the app developer has absolutely no idea about what a mobile crm application needs to be.
Dont waste your time with this app if you going to use the latest release of vtiger v5.4. It only works with their very old versions. Plus there is absolutely no documentation. If you need mobile CRM look for better product. Do not purchase vtiger CRM for mobile app
After over a year of using this app, it still frustrates the tar out of me. First of all, if you want to make a change to a note or something, forget about it unless you log out then in before making each change. The problem is, after awhile of being logged in, the app will not synchronize any changes to existing notes with the server. So you might as well write a new note, but of course that gets messy and logging in and out then in again is a waste of time and contrary to the purpose of this exercise. I have told the developer about this for quite some time but gave up. Second, the email does not work on the app. They know this and have known it for quite some time. Accounting on vtiger bites... Well kinda non existant. I bought this app and installed the software on my server in the hopes that I would have a cloud accounting / billing / Customer management option. Im sure it can be done, but that would involve paying them more money and I already bought the app. You cant open, upload or download files in the app. I was told picture integration would happen, but it hasnt. I would love to include pics in a clients file. It has its purposes, but not exactly what I expected.
the version 1.7 of the iphone app doesnt work properly. I cant access any tabs other than accounts → this is a serious bug!
Cannot connect to CRM server at al. Demand a refund immediately.
Its a powerfull appljcation for managing you record of vtiger, but it need some fix for example when u scroll the of the page of your records u cant edit the last. I dont know why, but is very frustating. Then same field of your record is impossible to modify, or dont take the correct value. I hope into a New upgrade, because is very usefull!
The app works and does what it has to. Only trouble, I cant figure out how to update from ver. 0.1
Well done application but completely useless in real world CRM applications where you have hundreds of entries for any entity. The app infact doesnt allow any filter or limited view in entities list. The app also lacks a customized menu: the dozens of vtiger menu entries could be overwhelming in a small iPhone screen. With such recommended improvements the app will be perfect.
